July 2017: Top 10 Sichuan Street Food in Chengdu, a video by Omnivore's Cookbook

Fong Chong and I spent the month of June in Chengdu, and our friend and store affiliate Maggie Zhu of Omnivore's Cookbook joined us for a few days there after visiting her parents in Beijing. We took an amazing street food tour with Mala Project contributor Jordan Porter and his business partner Anita, and Maggie captured it all in this superb video.

That was a totally awesome mouthwatering and delightful video! I wish I could go on that same food tour. for now, I will settle for eating at Cafe China in NYC, and making my own chili oil with your authentic ingredients, which I only recently discovered (before this I was buying Korean gochu garu chili flakes on Amazon, but the Sichuan chili flakes have so much more flavor).
