    We ship to U.S. addresses via either USPS or UPS, utilizing the most economical carrier for the specific location and package size. We strive to process orders within 2-3 business days, and the carrier takes anywhere from 1-6 days to deliver, depending on your location. If you prefer a specific carrier or faster shipping, contact us for a shipping quote. Please see our FAQ page for more information on shipping policies. 

    International customers: The shipping rate shown is the actual rate for delivery to your address. Your order ships via the United States Postal Service and is then transferred to and delivered by your nation’s postal system. Alternatively, we use UPS for some countries. Customer is responsible for knowing their country's Customs policies and for paying any taxes and tariffs, which are not included in the shipping charge for any country other than Canada. Customer accepts responsibility for delivery once parcel enters their country. Please monitor tracking to insure delivery or pickup from you local post office or UPS facility. If package is lost or damaged, contact us to file an insurance claim. If package is returned to us, original shipping charge is nonrefundable.
